RULES & REGULATIONS
-Registration Fee is $50 for non food vendors and $60 for food vendors.
Registration ends 4/29/23.
All sales will be between the vendor and customer. Set up will be between 3:00 and 4:00 on May 5th, 2023. If you have questions during the day of the event call Claire Santellana at 719-722-4115, Karissa Winters at 303-547-2831, or Krystin Ortiz at 361-920-0711.
We will have this event rain or shine and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
I do not hold Crossroads Art House LLC, Jupiter Horizons Galleries, Santa Rita Market, or any persons involved in arranging, facilitating, or moving my items responsible for loss, damage, or theft of inventory before, during, or after the agreed upon display period for the Cinco De Mayo Guac Fest event. I understand that sales will remain between myself and the customer. The event organizers will not be responsible for storage of items not promptly picked up. If the participating artist/vendor is a minor, I agree to have a responsible party accompany the minor for the entirety of the event. I have read and agree to adhere to all show rules and regulations.
